Project background
Yichang East Sunshine Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is located in Yidu (one of the top 100 counties in China), a beautiful bank of the Yangtze River, and a subsidiary of East Sunshine Group. The company was established in July 2007, covering an area of 859 mu, with an annual power generation capacity of 3.6 billion kilowatt-hours and an annual heat supply capacity of 1.8 million tons. At present, it is one of the largest circulating fluidized bed units in China, adopting circulating fluidized bed technology (2 × 330MW CFB) power generation and heating is a thermoelectric integration project, which is uniformly dispatched by Hubei Electric Power Company and operated in the way of "spontaneous self-use and redundant online". It mainly provides power and energy guarantee for the aluminum industry and pharmaceutical industry (chemical foil, biochemical fermentation, high-purity aluminum, etc.) in Yidu base of East Sunshine Group.
